Two New FEd2001 Screen Shots
Today we have another two new screen shots of FEd2001 available in our FEd2001 Screen Shots section. These two new shots display the never before seen Team Properties section. Check out one of the shots below and head to the FEd2001 Screen Shots section for the other new one.

One area that really caught my eye was the ability to assign a stadium to a team. Even though Chau announced that unfortunately the number of stadiums in FIFA 2001 will be limited, you will still be able to download new stadiums, overwrite old ones, and assign the new ones to the correct teams. For example, if someone created an Elland Road Stadium, they would add it to the game and assign it to Leeds. This is just one of the many features of this truely awesome and must have FIFA 2001 editor.

Enjoy the eye-candy and as always, keep checking out the FEd2001 Forum for details from the creator himself, Chau Le, and keep checking back right here for all the up to date FEd2001 news.

My Premier League Tips Vs Your Premier League Tips
As I mentioned a couple of days ago, I'm starting to get really involved in this exciting new tipping game over at Internet1x2.com. You can win up to $10,000 by simply picking the winners of the upcoming Premier League round. The great thing is that it only cost me $5 and when you bet for the first time you get a 25% discount meaning it'll only cost you $3.75 for a chance to win 10,000. Check out my tips below by clicking on the small screen shot. It's very simple to understand, all you need to remember is:

The column marked '1' represents a win for the 'Home Team'.
The column marked 'X' represents a drawn match.
The column marked '2' represents a win for the 'Visiting Team'.

My Premier League Tips

I think it would be great to let me know how your tips compare to mine. Even if you're not wanting to put down money, post your tips in our comments section and in a couple of days when the round is complete we'll compare. For those of you who are like me and want to add that extra bit of excitement, pay a visit today to Internet1x2.com and click on "England" in the left menu. You can also post your picks in the comments section and we'll see who gets the most right and wins the most money. Hurry though, there is less than 18 hours until the tipping page closes for this round.

Football Tipping Competition - Personally Recommended
This is a message for anyone who is good at tipping the winners in football matches and are looking to use their skills to win up to $10,000 cash. Over at Internet1x2.com they have weekly tipping competition that you can enter for as little as $5. All you have to be able to do is tip the winners in your weekly league football matches. If you tip 8 of the winners you automatically win. The more winners you tip, the more money you win, it is as simple as that. And the best part is it is 100% free to join and bets start at as little as $5. If you are lucky enough to tip the most correct results for the week you will win an incredible $10,000. They guarantee there will be atleast 1 winner every round!

So How Do You Play?
Let's take the English Premier League for example. The next round of matches you can bet on start in just over 2 days. This means you have until then to place your bet and tip the winners. It is very simple to do. I too am getting involved in this and thought I'd try my luck this week with a $5 bet on the English league. Check out the screen shot below to see who I tipped.

My Tips

Because I only wanted to spend $5 I just tipped in the first column. It is very simple to follow all you need to do is remember:

The column marked '1' represents a win for the 'Home Team'.
The column marked 'X' represents a drawn match.
The column marked '2' represents a win for the 'Visiting Team'.

Looking at the screen shot you can see that I have selected Arsenal to beat Bradford, Charlton to draw with Derby, Leeds to beat Coventry and so on. If I get 8 of these results correct I'll score myself an easy $25. While if I manage to get 9 correct I get $250. And if my footy knowledge is as good as I hope it is, and I get a perfect round I'll score $2,500 and also a share of the $10,000 for getting one of the highest scores.

If you're knowledge doesn't lie in the English League, you can place bets on a number of leagues including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian, Israeli and there is even a special "Mix" league where you can pick the winners from a selection of games from a variety of leagues. There is definitely something there for everyone to enjoy at Internet1x2.com. This is a great way for you to win money from your football knowledge.

On top of all of this, when you place your first bet you automatically receive a 25% discount. This means that your first bet will be as little as $3.75 for a chance to win up to $10,000.

If you're still unsure as to whether or not you should bet take a read of Internet1x2.com's FAQ section. Take my word for it, they are a very creditable, secure and reliable company. I have just recently received a good payment from them on a bet I made a couple of weeks ago. They credited the amount to my credit card and before I know it I had some bonus money. There are no hidden charges involved.

I'm off to place my $5 bet and to all that follow me I wish you the best of luck.

Just click here to visit Internet1x2.com and follow the easy steps to placing your bets.

2GK Scandal?
Extra, Extra, read all about it! Not to sound like a tabloid magazine: We have received word from Ariel Santarelli, owner and webmaster of www.fifaexpress.com , one of the FIFA´S site from Argentina. He also just released new 2GK kits the other day. He has written in to tell us about another Argentinian site that has stole his Second Generation Kits (2GK).

The site name he has given us was "FIFAGAME", they have included his Second Generation Kits, in their league called Fifagame, without his permission.

Soccer Gaming as well as many other sites recognize the effort and time put into creating a patch for the game. We respect the authors requests and decisions. To make this community a better place for everyone, all of the sites hopefully are and will understand the rights to a persons creation, i.e. the one listed above.

Italian Flavoured Downloads
Check out the two kits below for Milan and Verona.

Click to enlarge.. Click to enlarge..

Both are of very high quality and I thought they'd acmompany each other quite nicely. The first is the Milan home kit by the well known Gaspare Ressa of http://www.virtuacalcio.it/ and our Italian partner site FIFAMANIA.IT.The second is by Pinus from www.fifaonline.it who uses a new 32 bit colour technique to create a very attractive Verona home kit.Enjoy these new kits while we wait for another huge Downloads update from Lior. Even if you're not from Italy, I recommend you download them.

Site Happenings
I've just returned from a fun weekend away with my family and friends and am looking forward to a big week here at FIFA 2001 Online.

Firstly I'd like to apologise to everyone who has been trying to access our Forums for the past 24 hours. They are currently down due to small server problem at Soccer Gaming but we have it under control it they will be back up ASAP.

We're all really getting stuck into the Downloads Centre development. The latest news is that it is now 99% complete, with only the downloads needing to be entered into the new system. I'll let you know when we have a definite opening date for the Downloads Centre, plus give you more details on the prize give-away we have planned to celebrate the unveiling of the Downloads Centre.

If all goes to plan, I should also have some FEd2001 news for you later in the week.

Keep visiting and enjoying our site, and remember to keep an eye out for another Downloads update which will be uploaded any day now.

My Return
I'm back from my health problems - it has been a full week and a few more days since I have been feeling better. I had a horrible fever, and I am finally getting better. I still am sick, but I need to get back to work. So I am sorry if I haven't been returning any e-mails!

I have played the Playstation 2 copy of FIFA 2001, and I now know the differences of the PC and PS2 versions. Yah, it is a bit late, but some of you want to know what the differences are, so I will tell you the differences for good and worse in FIFA 2001 for PC and PS2.

I should be back in full work time again within the next few days. Thanks, and I hope you all had a fun and safe new year, Happy New Year!
