    CM Gamer Hacked
I never thought someone would sink so low. Firstly, they hack into a website run by a bunch of hard working guys who are just out to do people a favour by running a site like CM Gamer. Secondly, these discraceful individual(s) decide to hack into the website and delete parts of it on Christmas Eve!

Head on over to Soccer Gaming to read all about it and make sure you post your disgust on these hacking losers in our Forums and Comments sections. I have personally contacted my lawyer and he has been in contact with authorities who will be thouroughly investigating the server logs to see who did this. We are very confident of catching the culperate(s) and when we do we will prosecute them to the full extent. If anyone has any further information on who hacked into and deleted a number of important directories from http://www.cmgamer.com earlier today please email me. I'll personally keep you all posted on any further developments. I thank everyone for their support. It is a shame a very small minority is trying to ruin the fun for us all.

    European Clubs Patch Under Development
I have received the following great story (shortened) from Dimitris Vagianos from HSN (full story can be found over at the MRA site):

"This year the HSN and many helpers worldwide will create the best (personal opinion) patch that has ever been made for the FIFA series. The patch calls itself 'European Clubs Patch' or in shorter ECP. The name European comes because we will have only European Clubs (we wont touch the National Teams) and only one South American Team the Boca Juniors (with kits, rosters, badges, flags) in case you want to play the Toyota Cup Final for the World Champion :-))

The idea started in my mind two weeks before when I really needed to play with great East European Clubs and wasn't able. So I started to contact European guys and I was amazed from their willing mood (a big thank you to the guys from Poland first).

Press against me for a larger imageThe ECP will feature 80 missing European Clubs from 26 Countries with their kits, flags, badges, rosters and their National Teams. The ECP will also feature Adboards, Balls, signs, TV Logos, new boots and other misc. things.

If anyone from you is willing to help just e-mail us (asn@freemail.gr). We want BIG help from anyone fan of the above added Leagues. We need kit creators , rosters maker and graphics designers to be added to our Group . Of course in ECP there will be the kits, the rosters, the flags and the badges of the remaining Clubs with their National Teams. Also we will try to create the Champions League Star logo in the sleeves of the participants teams .

The ECP will be released (at least two months the full version or earlier a beta one). The patch will also be compatible with the excellent Sweetpatch MRA.

A big thank (so far) to our helpers and if you want to help don't hesitate. The url's are http://asn.fifagaming.com for the English Page and http://go.to/hsn for the Greek page with information in our language.

Also a new tournament its about to begin in the new year with many members already signed".

Pay the lads a visit and if you are able to assist them then please send them a mail. As always, full details of this patch can be found in the Patches Database.

I feel I am coping well. Thanks to all the great guys who help out at the site, without them we would not be able to survive.

How many hours do you spend a day updating and maintaining Soccergaming?

    Download the New Sweetpatch MRA
The news Dave posted earlier about the release of the Sweetpatch MRA has created a lot of discussion. Many people seem confused as to exactly what Sweetpatch MRA does. Good news, I'll explain it all to you.

Well Sweetpatch MRA is the latest version of the very popular FIFA MRA utility program. The great news is that it is now compatible with nearly every version of FIFA. This ofcourse includes our current favourite, FIFA 2001.

So what can I do with Sweetpatch MRA I hear you asking? Well, the "MRA" actually stands for "Multi Roster Assistant". In other words, this program helps you to install new rosters into FIFA games. The bonus with the new Sweetpatch MRA is that not only does it install rosters, but the all important .BIG files that contain kits, and popups in FIFA 2001 can also be easily installed. We all love to download and read about the big "super" patches that are being created for FIFA 2001, well Sweetpatch MRA makes it very simple to install these super patches. Most super patches that are created these days are MRA compatible. To make your life even easier, Dave has put together a collection of these super patches in his huge Patches Database. News on new and upcoming super patches is added to the Patches Database constantly. For example, keep an eye out at the Patches Database site for news on FIFAMANIA.IT's Italian Super Patch V1.0 which is due out anyday now.

If you enjoy updating your favourite FIFA games, and want to do it in one easy process, I strongly recommend you download Sweetpatch MRA. Check out a screen shot of the program in action above.

    Interesting news from GFO2k1
The good man Stefan Münstedt, the webmaster of German FIFA 2001 Online had this interesting bit of news for us:

I have read a lot about possible cheats in FIFA 2001, but nobody knew how to use them. That's why I had a call with Andy, the boss of the development-team of FIFA 2001 in Canada.
    He told me the following:

"The cheats, that we've included in the fifa2001.exe, are a fake. The development-teams are already very amused about this joke and it's worldwide consequences. So, there're definitive no cheats in FIFA 2001."

Thanks for the info Stefan. I know many people will be upset about that.

    Iceboy's Everton Kits
From the "coolest"(I amuse myself) man in the FIFA 2001 Forums, iceboy83, we bring to you the home and away Everton kits. These are one of iceboy's first kits. Prior to this project, he has made himself well-known by doing some very nice looking boots in FIFA 2001. Don't take my word for his talent, click on an image below to take a look at his work, or click one of the links below to download his creations.
